This 100×100 commercial steel building in Alexandria, Tennessee was built to house the operations of Stain & Seal Company. The customer needed a large, fully insulated facility with a clean, professional look and enough interior space to support daily commercial workflow year-round.
Finished in True Black walls and trim with a Galvalume roof, the structure includes 3″ VPR wall and roof insulation, 4′ wall lights running across each 100′ sidewall, and prehung steel man doors for secure access.
