Location: Lebanon, TN
Size: 40x40x20
Type: Industrial Building
This 40×40 custom steel building in Lebanon, Tennessee was designed to house the color processing operations of American Colors, a business with specific vertical clearance demands. With a 20-foot sidewall and a 14×18 overhead door, the building was engineered to deliver the 4 feet of tank clearance their industrial process required — without compromise.
Finished in Desert Sand walls with Coffee Brown trim, gutters, and downspouts, the building features a Galvalume roof at a clean 1/12 pitch. Two knock-down steel emergency exit doors with matching trim meet code requirements while maintaining a polished, cohesive exterior. The structure is shown with 6″ wall and roof VPR insulation, keeping the working environment comfortable and energy-efficient year-round.
This project demonstrates TN Tough’s ability to deliver purpose-built industrial buildings that meet precise operational specifications while maintaining sharp curb appeal from the outside in.
